TVAR is a 501c3 rescue in the Pleasanton/Dublin area dedicated to ending the unnecessary euthanasia of homeless and abandoned animals. The organization saves almost 1000 pets annually with their foster and shelter programs.
They are known for working closely with the East County Animal Shelter and giving abandoned pets the opportunity to find loving, permanent homes. TVAR relies on donations to operate and support the medical, spay/neuter and other needs of foster and shelter animals while they await their forever home.
You can often spot TVAR volunteers at the Pleasanton Farmers Market on Saturday mornings with plenty of friendly adoptable dogs who are looking for love.
Robin met with Sue & Lisa at their adoption event in a book store in Pleasanton. We at Pupwalks are thrilled that TVAR won the December "Monthly Treat" and look forward to supporting their noble efforts again in the future.
