Last week, we had our drawing for the “Monthly Treat” and the lucky winning charity was Dusty Paws Rescue in Castro Valley. On Saturday, Robin delivered the donation to a very grateful group of volunteers.
Dusty Paws is a small, 501c3 non-profit dog rescue that saves all breeds of dogs and places them in loving forever homes. They frequently take medical cases and dogs with special needs into their program. Their director, Paulette, was very appreciative of our donation and was thrilled that their previous adopters had named them as their “Charity of Choice”.
Pictured here is Calypso, an adoptable 1 year old female Beagle mix who was abandoned inside a crate at a public park. She has learned to trust people again and was very eager to beg for my treats!

We hope you all feel proud to be a part of our community effort to homeless dogs in the Bay Area!
