Last week, we met with Melody Chen of Love and Second Chances Rescue to deliver our donation.
Love and Second Chances is based in San Ramon and their mission is to help death-row, abused, and neglected dogs find forever homes. They do not discriminate by breed, age or special needs and take on several challenging medical cases each year.
Love and Second Chances is a foster based rescue with two rescue programs; a local rescue program and a international rescue program. Their foster homes are scattered all around the bay area and within our Sacramento division.
We were delighted to help this rescue and Melody told us the donation was a huge help as they had just taken on a few thousand dollars in medical bills and this would bring some relief to the rescue.
