Dear Robin and Rob,
We have received your amazingly generous donation - you have bowled us over!
Our little Farrah Fawcett has been afflicted by demodectic mange. This is a non-contagious disorder that is completely curable with medications. Farrah has the warmest eyes that draw you in and capture your heart. Even with this uncomfortable, itchy condition she is so happy to be cared for and getting tons of TLC in her foster home.
Thanks to all of you that allow us to rescue and care for deserving animals like Farrah!
Did you know that TVAR saves over 1,000 foster and shelter animal lives each year? We do this entirely through support like yours and the generosity of countless volunteers who open their homes to our foster animals and volunteer at the East County Animal Shelter 365 days/year.
Volunteers are the life-blood of our organization and we would love for you to experience the joy of helping with any part of animal care and adoption you have the time for. Please inquire at www.tvar.org to get started – we can’t wait to meet you!
Again, thank you, you warm our hearts.

Today, we crashed an adoption even in Dublin to deliver a donation to Tri-Valley Animal Rescue!
TVAR is a 501c3 rescue in the Pleasanton/Dublin area dedicated to ending the unnecessary euthanasia of homeless and abandoned animals. The organization saves almost 1000 pets annually with their foster and shelter programs!
They are known for working closely with the East County Animal Shelter and giving abandoned pets the opportunity to find loving, permanent homes. TVAR relies on donations to operate and support the medical, spay/neuter and other needs of foster and shelter animals while they await their forever home.
You can often spot TVAR volunteers at the Pleasanton Farmers Market on Saturday mornings with plenty of friendly adoptable dogs who are looking for love.
None of this support would be possible without our amazing clients, thank you!
