Will and Andrea joined this week to help our friends in Southern Marin

One of the things we have to deal with almost every day is the owner illegally allowing their dogs to run off leash and then yelling "It's OK" as the dog charges at us.  

TVAR is definitely a favorite among our Tri-Valley clients and we are so happy that they were nominated by so many of you. Lisa and Robin are pictured here with Harley a sweet little Basenji mix who is ready for his adopters to come find him :)

We are very wary on extremely hot days and will walk in shaded areas, driving your dogs to a better location, for example. If it's too hot for that we'll have a play date in your yard or house. 

We walk in Contra Costa county and recently our regional manager Kristine met with Cheryl Nickerson of Contra Costa Humane Society in Pleasant Hill.

These simple tips will help you immensely.  Ignoring bad behavior like jumping up is the first step towards stopping it. The dog receives no gratification or reward, realizes that this is not working and will usually try a different approach

Robin and Rob have know this rescue group for many years.  Please meet Gail (and delicious adoptable puppy) of Northern California Sled Dog Rescue! We delivered a donation to them while we were out and about at Wine and Wags on Sunday and she was quite happy that our clients are such a compassionate bunch :)

Luc Pupwalker is with us in southern Marin (Mill Valley, Tiburon and Belvedere) and loves photography, travel, Japanese movies and video games. You can see Luc here with 9 week old Nell who he instantly fell in love with.

Love and Second Chances is based in San Ramon and their mission is to help death-row, abused, and neglected dogs find forever homes. They do not discriminate by breed, age or special needs and take on several challenging medical cases each year.

Please welcome Linda to our Pleasanton team! Linda has lived in Pleasanton for many years and always wanted to work with dogs. She is overjoyed to be doing something she loves every day!

On Friday, we had the honor of delivering March's Monthly Treat to the Animal Care Coordinator of the East Bay SPCA in Dublin. Lyla Defoley was thrilled with our donation and excited about Pupwalks' idea to revolutionize support for local dog rescues.

Meet Breanne, she walks dogs for us mainly in Mill Valley, which is where she lives. She used to live in Connecticut until 2017 when she and her husband drove to California! 

We are so thrilled to have another fantastically and experienced walker join our team in West Dublin/Pleasanton!  
Jessica has many years of experience working in dog boarding facilities and shelters She's done everything from walks, group play, and veterinary treatments to petsitting and training. Jessica is also Pet CPR certified. 

On Friday we delivered our monthly donation to Valley Humane Society in Pleasanton and they were so excited to receive it! We learned more about VHS during the visit and were surprised to learn that they do not receive any public funding at all.  

Leanna joined us a few weeks ago and brings her sunny disposition and previous pet sitting experience to the Pleasanton team! Leanna prides herself on being both highly organized and empathetic towards all animals. We are so happy to have her walking and petsitting for us!
